It’s important to pause and acknowledge the people whose actions shape the culture and performance of Compass Ireland. Through our Be A Star programme, we celebrate the colleagues whose dedication, teamwork and impact exemplify the best of who we are as a business.
Recently we welcomed our Q3 and Q4 Be A Star winners, alongside those who nominated them, to a special celebration at Dublin’s Aviva Stadium. The event, hosted by the Ireland Executive Team, was an opportunity to reflect on and acknowledge the meaningful contributions our people make every day.
An Afternoon of Celebration at the Aviva Stadium
Guests were greeted with a drinks reception before being taken on an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium, led by former Ireland rugby internationals Bernard Jackman and Mike Ross.
As two respected figures in Irish sport, each with distinguished careers representing Leinster, Munster and the national team, they brought unique insights into leadership, resilience and high performance (alongside a few locker rooms stories we can’t put into print!)
The team gathered in the official IRFU Suite to enjoy a seasonal, sustainable three-course lunch. It was a fitting setting to bring people together from across the business, share stories, and shine a light on individual and team achievements.
The Be A Star programme recognises excellence across three categories:

- Colleague: for individuals who support, uplift, and go above and beyond for their teams
- Community: for those who make a positive impact beyond the workplace
