In celebration of World Mental Health Day, we're excited to announce a week-long event from October 7th - 11th focused on mental well-being and mindfulness in the workplace. To mark the occasion, we've teamed up with Dublin-based street artist, Sean Atmos, to create a bespoke jigsaw puzzle that invites everyone to take a mindful break, share a coffee, and engage with colleagues in an engaging and relaxing way.
Sean Atmos, an accomplished multi-disciplinary artist and designer, is best known for his large-scale murals, hand-painted artworks, and creative installations. He’s collaborated with some of the world's biggest brands, including Google, Heineken and H&M.
His work bridges the gap between art and everyday life, bringing creativity into communal spaces and encouraging interaction; this collaboration is an inspiring extension of that vision.
In his own words, Sean describes the therapeutic value of creativity:
"The act of creating something can be deeply personal and therapeutic, offering us an opportunity to connect with ourselves, but also to connect and communicate with others. It can inspire us to take time out of our busy schedules and help us make sense of things, like putting together a puzzle.
I love that my work can offer people a moment of calm."
Made up of bold, scattered abstract shapes, the puzzle pieces form the word "Together". Once assembled, they present a powerful message of unity, connection, and mental health.
Why Jigsaw Puzzles?
Jigsaw puzzles are more than just a hobby; they’re a form of mindfulness. Focusing on a simple, creative task can provide relief from daily pressures, helping to calm the mind and bring clarity.
When completed in a collaborative setting, puzzles also strengthen bonds between colleagues, creating a supportive and open environment. It's a small but meaningful way to promote mental well-being, connect with others, and remind ourselves that we are better together.
Join us from October 7th to 11th to grab a coffee, sit down with a puzzle, and enjoy this mindful activity with your peers.
